As their names are called, soldiers come forward to receive awards from Marshal Antonescu, as German General Erich von Manstein stands behind him. Marshal Antonescu and General von Manstein salute as they review marching Romanian troops, while a German military band plays. Antonescu strolls with high ranking German officers, and then makes more award presentations to Mountain troops.
