Ice sheets on water as seals dive into the water. Ice coating on the rails of the icebreaker. Ship reaches St. Lawrence island. Eskimos from Sabunga village come in to meet the crew. Eskimos come aboard the ship. Women climb up onto the bridge of the ship. Sled pulled by dogs on ice field. Crew members with Eskimos leave in sleds for site seeing. Crew members return aboard the ship.
