A 1940s automobile passes on a roadway beside the testing area where the Japanese tank climbs a steep embankment and then rolls down the other side and up out of a ditch. The Russian and American exchange salutes, and shake hands. Next, a troop ship carrying American troops is seen arriving at a port in India, where they disembark with their gear. Scene shifts to China, in 1942, where Brigadier General Claire Lee Chennault, Commander of the China Air Task Force, of the Tenth Air Force, that replaced the American Volunteer Group (Flying Tigers), is seen with Brigadier General Caleb V. The final segments of the film show American forces in August ,1942 sailing to Adak in the Aleutian Islands, to strengthen American defenses there. Wilson followed by his staff and American observers. Wilson and his staff come into Durbar Hall and bow to Viceroy. Wilson delivers a letter to the Viceroy. Viceroy, his staff and Executive Council stand to receive Wilson. Commander-in-Chief, General Sir Archibald Wavell stand with Viceroy. Viceroy shakes hands with Wilson. Viceroy leaves with staff.
