The film producers, who wear Army uniforms without rank insignia, listen to military officers while standing on a main street. Several little girls stand on the sidewalk with their families, near the officers, and smile. One film producer hands cigarettes to a little girl to give to her father. Other local men accept cigarettes. Officers stand near their cars and talk. Some pedestrians and horse carts on the road. Civilians watch the meeting from balcony of their house.
