During his visit to French Indochina, Marius Moutet, French Overseas Minister, visits King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia. Uniformed guards stand before the Throne Hall in Phnom Penh. Minister Moutet arrives in a car and is greeted by the King who has arranged a formal reception for Minister Moutet. Cambodian officials and officers form a line to meet the French Minister. Refreshments are served and officials mingle and converse. The King stands at palace steps and bids Minister Moutet farewell.

Lieutenant Tracy boards a Sikorsky S-51 U.S. Navy helicopter (HO3S-1A) on the deck of the USS Edisto (AG-89) in the Pacific Ocean

Excellent views of a U.S. Navy HO3S-1A helicopter. (This is the U.S. Navy version of the Sikorsky S-51, also known as an H-5). This particular helicopter is one of the first four Sikorsky S-51 helicopters ordered by the U.S. Navy in 1946 for use in Operation High Jump operations in Antarctica. The helicopter on the ship deck in the Pacific Ocean . U.S. Navy Lieutenant Tracy gets onto the helicopter. The helicopter takes off from the ship deck. The navy helicopter comes back in for a landing. Lieutenant Tracy gets off the helicopter and crew members secure it on the flight deck.

Journalist Howard Rushmore is asked questions. He is asked about Gerhart Eisler and whether he was "Jerome's "boss, and whether Eisler was a Communist. Witness answers that he is one of the major ones and that he is a representative of communist international in the United States. He mentions giving certain communists favorable press. Member of committee calls such communists 'Sacred Cows', witness call them 'Sacred Red Cows'. He takes name of Edward G Robinson and states that Jerome had instructed him to always defend Robinson, even if he gave a poor performance in a bad picture. . He talks to the committee about meeting of American committee, for the protection of foreign born, in Cleveland. Attorney General Biddle labeled it as a communist front in 1943. The committee asks him about League of American Writers and whether it is a Communist organization. Journalist also takes names of Earl Browder and Mike Gold, a writer for the Daily Worker newspaper.
