Old Ford cars brought into plant where they are seen being crushed and scrapped, and their steel recycled into new cars.

(Note: The Rouge River Plant was completed just in time for Ford to start building these subchasers for the U.S. Navy in World War 1. In fact, these boats were the first products of the Rouge River Plant -- before any automobiles were produced there.)
