Government reimbursing the patrons of the failed Fon Du Lac Bank in East Peoria, Illinois. Crowd gathered outside Fon Du Lac Bank in East Peoria, Illinois, waiting to get in. Man shaking hands with Mrs. Lydia Lobsiger, the first customer to receive her money back through the FDIC program. Banking customers receive one hundred percent of their deposit amounts.
