The 7th Egyptian battalion departs for Sudan from Cairo, Egypt. Following the Anglo Egyptian Treaty, The Egyptian troops after 13 years of absence go back to Sudan. The 7th Egyptian Battalion marches through Cairo on way to the R R station. Arriving at the station, soldiers line up. Hamdi Seif El-Nasr Pasha, War Minister, bids the officers goodbye. Mustafa Nahas Pasha arrives to see the soldiers off. Soldiers jam the railroad station platform as they board trains, which are too crowded to accomodate them all. Train slowly moves away bound for Khartoum, Sudan.
