Journalists and photographers loitering in hope of seeing Duke of Windsor (former King Edward VIII, who abdicated). Group of reporters, photographers, newsreel cameramen and children, being kept under control by a friendly armed policemen, who has to make a photographer with camera and tripod move back a bit.
