Release of Allied prisoners from Japanese prison camps
Prisoners from Phillipines line up in the compound of a Japanese prison camp. A Japanese officer reads out an announcement from a paper as prisoners and other officials look on. Another official reads out from a paper and prisoners write with ink pens onto a sheet of paper. Officer salutes and prisoners bow in response. Prisoners are released from the prison camp and they march out with their bedding. (World War II period).
