Ground crews struggle to control an amphibian blimp being threatened by winds near the water at St. Malo, France. King George V and Queen Mary at the Coronation Durbar arena in Delhi, India, in 1911. They are seen under the royal canopy, surrounded by troops wearing White helments, white gloves, and white puttees. Complete change of scene shows women on horse-drawn floats in a suffrage movement parade on 42nd street, East of 5th Avenue in New York City, circa 1912. A woman dressed as Columbia stands in the first float,wearing a banner with word "Suffrage" on it. and some men supporters march in the parade. Crowds watch from the sidewalks. Uniformed policemen escort the marchers. Several women ride in a second float, wearing various costumes, including those of 17th Century pilgrims and of the 18th Century revolutionary war era. The float displays an American flag and some other type, as well. An automobile festooned with flowers, follows behind. The final scene shifts to London, England, circa 1905, and shows women's suffrage leader, Emmeline Pankhurst, carrying a bouquet of flowers, as she is escorted by a gentleman, out of a professional office building. One sign on the building reads,"Goodale, Hobson, & MacHahon.This refers to William Goodale, Alfred Allen Hobson, and Patrick Maurice MacMahon, Solicitors, 9, Essex Street, Strand London, England. (Note: that firm dissolved in 1907.)

Nicholas I, King of Montenegro, reviewing veteran soldiers loosely formed on both sides of a road, following declaration of war against Turkey, on October 8, 1912. The troops cheer their king. Scene changes to King Nicholas with advisers strolling behind the royal palace in Cetinje. Scene shifts to a crowded operating theater in a hospital, with surgical team operating on a patient. Slate alludes to transport and care of wounded following battle with Turkish forces at Scutari. Montenegrin wounded being carried on stretchers along mountainous roadway and up steep steps to an emergency field medical treatment center. Some medical staff in white, stand near the ramp. Later, several wounded are carried back down the steps to waiting trucks for transport to hospitals.

Next, a motorcade carrying him drives along a wide street in what appears to be a town in an American western state. Roosevelt rides in the back of the lead car, which is followed by several others. Scene shifts to huge gathering of people surrounding a speaker's stand, where Theodore Roosevelt is about to speak. Two women in western clothes, on horseback, ride through the crowd to the speaker's stand and each presents Roosevelt with a bouquet of flowers. He thanks them and holds the bouquets aloft, before handing them to another man in the speaker's box. Next, Roosevelt, in closeup, is seen standing, in an open car, parked in front of a house, speaking directly into the camera (unseen). People are gathered around his as he speaks. Roosevelt gestures with his right hand and forefinger as he speaks.

U.S. Navy Captain flies 1912 Curtiss pusher seaplane in demonstration flight, at Washinton D.C.

An original 1912 U.S. Navy Curtiss pusher bamboo seaplane is parked on the shore of the Anacostia River, at the United States Naval Base in Anacostia, Washington, D.C. Its flight controls are seen moving as sailors (unseen) check their movements. Next, with the engine running, Captain "Dick" Richardson, climbs aboard and makes his own quick flight control check. Closeup of him at the controls giving a nod that he is ready to be pushed into the water for a demonstration flight. Sailors maneuver the craft to the edge of shore and push it into the river. Roosevelt Hall, at U.S. Army Fort Lesley J. McNair, is seen across the river in the background. The seaplane's lower left wing dips into the water momentarily, as Captain Richardson taxis it away from the shore. Scene shifts to the seaplane taking off from the river, after which, Captain Richardson Quickly brings it back down to a water landing, near the Washington Channel.
