Voyage of President Woodrow Wilson and Paris Peace Conference delegation en route from France back to the United States in June 1919. Delegation poses together on the deck in three rows. View of one of the ship officers of the USS George Washington leaning on a railing and talking. Another of the ship's officers smiling and talking. Various civilian delegation members standing in a group talking. In an elaborately posed scene, ship's Officers and Crew pose with President Woodrow Wilson. Sailors are positioned across the ship's superstructure, like circus performers. Seated in the center of the photograph (from left to right, just to left of the line running from the mast to the deck) are: Rear Admiral Cary Grayson, USN (MC), the President's physician; Captain Edward McCauley, ship's Commanding Officer; and President Woodrow Wilson.

General Pershing, accompanied by officials, salutes the crowd and enters an open car that proceeds in a motorcade during "ticker tape" parade in New York City. "Vive Wilson" is spelled out in light bulbs on sign above Paris street during parade in Paris honoring Woodrow Wilson. It was filmed by Capt.Cooper of the U.S. Army Signal Corps from October 18th - 21st, 1918, and contained reenactments of air combat, some of it with a captured German Hanover C.III observation plane.) Several views of U.S. Connecticut class battleships used as troop trnasports at the end of World War 1. They are seen in the harbor at Brest, France, in 1919. Port bow closeup of one with American soldiers seen on deck. Several single-stack troop transport ships filled with soldiers, making their way out of the port. A large three-stacker passenger ship. view from fast moving small boat of a loaded troop transport underway.
Members of a Reconnaissance patrol, of U.S. soldiers, are seen walking slowly through the small French village of Bru (about 3 miles east of the town of Rambervillers) during World War 2. There doesn't seem to be an established road, as such, but a road sign is erected reading "Bru." A large tree stands nearby. Modest dwellings are seen and a power line pole, as well as a very tall power and/or communications tower. Two soldiers read their notes to another, sitting in an M8 armored car, who reports by radio phone. Another soldier also sits in the armored car. Several army vehicles move along an established road, followed by a jeep, backing along the road, closer to the camera. Closeup of the jeep, stopped in the road, as 3 passenger soldiers look over the area (one using binoculars). The driver seems occupied looking down at the road near the rear of the jeep. A Browning M1919 machine gun is mounted in the jeep. Closeup of soldier with binoculars. Several soldiers walk past a parked jeep. Others stand around the M8 armored car. Glimpse of a soldier standing near the "Bru" road sign. View of narrow tree-lined French country road, on which several soldiers sit on parked jeep. Closeup of them riding on the jeep as it backs along the road. (Reportedly, because the road is narrow, tree lined, and soft on the verges, the Recon vehicles drive backwards into the area, so they can escape quickly if necessary.)
