Activities of German rocket pioneer Reinhard Tilling. Opening scene shows a large postal rocket standing on its tail on a beach. A technician is adjusting something on its nose, as another man places mail into a compartment in the rocket body. Camera pans down from the top of the rocket to the fins at the bottom. A group of spectators watches from a sand bluff overlooking the beach. Two cameramen take up sheltered positions near the beach. The rocket is ignited and rises, only to fall back sideways onto the beach. Change of scene shows a group of persons with a Tilling rocket in marsh grass near a lake. Next, Reinhard Tilling is seen surrounded by spectators and some cameramen, as he explains his rocket, which is being held nose down by others. Tilling opens and displays the rocket's gliding wings.

German Reichsmarschall (Marshal of the Empire) Hermann Goering visits a coal mine during World War 2. Interior of mine. Goering with coal miners. Coal carried on conveyer belts. Goering inspects objects of various kinds laid out in boxes. He goes up the steps of a house and visits a working family. As he comes out, he talks to children and picks up a baby. He is surrounded by an enthusiastic crowd of local citizens. Goering gets into an open car, and standing, salutes the crowd, who return his salute. Children try to run after his car, as it pulls away.

Some of their horse-drawn carriages are bedecked in flowers. Other than ladies, the participants appear to be young military officers, including many lining the pathway on both sides.

Animated cartoon: Boy pranksters upset adults on restricted sledding hill and get comeuppance.

Humorous German animated cartoon about sledding. A sign identifies a sled run for adults only. Several groups of older persons go sledding on it. Then a boy on stilts and another boy sneak past the attendant, who thinks one is an adult. The boys are discovered and chased by the attendant. They fall into a snow bank. The boys stretch a rope across the sled run and upset some old folks who land in the snow. They repeat this trick several times, until they try it on the attendant who pulls them along with him and cuts their rope so they fly off into some trees, where the folks they tricked stand about and look at them.
