The local populace and Armenian officials line a mountain road to greet members of the U.S. Military Mission to Turkey and Armenia, as they approach Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Mayor of the city, Mkrtich Mousinyants (Mkrtich Mussinyants) poses with military officers and other officials, as they are filmed by the Mission's cameraman. U.S. Major General James G. Harbord, Head of the Military Mission, and his staff, are seen walking along the mountain road, past spectators. (Some spectators stand on ramparts of Imposing old forts in the background.) Mayor Mousinyants, followed by military officers, walks up to meet Harbord and mission members. He converses with General Harbord.
