Retired U.S. Army Major General Walter Campbell Short testifies before a Joint Congressional Committee investigating the December 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. He talks about attack and defends himself. He says that he did not receive any information of the attack from the war department untill December 6, 1941 and all emphasis was on defending against sabotage.
