United States Lieutenant General William R. Peers and men from the Peers Inquiry Group arrive in My Lai 4 village in South Vietnam. They interview witnesses and make an on-site inspection of the village. The Inquiry Group investigates about the alleged My Lai massacre incident of March 1968. Mr. Robert MacCrate and Mr. Jerome K. Walsh also arrive in the village. A helicopter lands in the village. The Inquiry Group members visit the burnt houses. Damaged buildings in view. Rubble on the ground.
