Troops of the U.S. 9th Armored Division are assembled at the Schlörplatz in Weiden, Bavaria, to hear from their commanding General, John W. Leonard. Some stand in tanks and other armored vehicles, while others stand at attention. Next scene shows the troops at parade rest.
