Rudy Vallee is seen playing the saxophone. He was so popular, the club was renamed 'Villa Vallee'. Wealthy businessmen gathered at the night club. The views then shift rapidly, in a montage of scenes showing party goers, flappers, and increasingly wilder antics in night club and speakeasy locations throughout New York City.
