Gerald Robinson, a 14 year old boy from Scranton, emerges as the proud winner. Gerald Robinson is given the MIBS title crown by an official present.

Thousands of mummers parade the streets of Philadelphia on New Year's day. Revelers dressed in amusingly elaborate costumes exhibit a sparkling show.
