An interview of United States Air Force Lieutenant General Ira Eaker conducted by Dr. Maurer in the United States. General Eaker talks about problems during World War II. He says that the aircraft were very crude, they were having limited range and other limitations. Other problems were also there. In the Philippines they realized that they should be able to do bombing. But they were not having any bombs.
