Film opens showing a blackboard and chalk sketch of the area in Dallas where U.S. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963. Key streets and location where Mr. Abraham Zapruder took his 8mm film of the event are pointed out. Other details are identified, including the window from which shots were fired in the Texas School Book Depository Building. Details of distances from various points and timing of shots are narrated. Scene shifts to view from inside a car following the motorcade route. it turns in front of the Texas School Book Depository, where some spectators are watching the activity. Spectators watch on Elm Street,as the car retracing the motorcade route heads toward and through the Triple Underpass. Dallas police officers are seen controlling traffic to facilitate the Secret Service filming. Scene shifts to the Texas Book Depository, where window used by the assassin is pointed out. The camera focuses back as the car follows the original motorcade path.

On a sketch of the Texas School Book Depository Building 6th floor, a narrator points out locations pertinent to the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy, in Dallas, Texas, in 1963. Camera shows stacks of boxes near windows on the 6th floor of the Building, as it pans across the scene. It focuses on a reconstructed scene of boxes near the window with Elm Street below to the right. A Secret Service agent is shown sitting in a position believed the same as the assassin and pointing in the direction that his rifle would have been.Views out the window of traffic moving on streets below. Next, an open convertible car is seen accompanied by two motorcycle police, simulating the movement of the President's motorcade as it turned from Main onto Houston Street. Narrator notes that next turn, from Houston onto Elm Street is quite sharp and driven very slowly. Narrator describes the shots fired as the car retraces specific locations on the route. Photograph of reenactment made for the President's Commission, using the Secret Service followup car. It shows telescopic sight cross hairs as the assassin would see them. Next the car being driven in the current reenactment is viewed through a four power, 18mm Ordnance Optical Incorporated rifle scope, like the one used by the assassin.That last part of the film is shown again in slow motion.

The pilot has instruments fastened to his wrists and waist to transmit data to large machines standing nearby. Another pilot is lying, strapped to a cot in the room. That cot begins to rotate, placing the occupant in a head-down position, just as Brigadier General James Stewart enters accompanied by a guide in a business suit, who points to the heads-down pilot and explains something about what is happening. At this point, the entire sequence is re-shown. And it is repeated once more, again. Closeup of General Stewart speaking, as the pilot on treadmill continues walking in the background. Stewart looks down at the pilot (not seen) on the tilted cot and then turns toward the pilot on the treadmill, and finally, back, again, to the man (not seen) on the tilted cot.

Yang wins five events and adds other points with fine performances in the other five. He is greeted and receives trophy.
