After a tornado struck the small town of Rocksprings, Texas, killing 56 people and injuring another 200, the U.S. Army sent aircraft to help, including a Cox- Klemin XA-1 ambulance plane, dispatched from kelly Field. A Stretcher case being carried out to the ambulance aircraft. It taxis and takes off. A red cross on the fuselage and tail of the ambulance plane.

He (who is narrating this film) states that he will take an exam in Spring to become a Certified Public Accountant.
