Change of scene shows the President seated in a chair during a break in the Casablanca Conference. Behind him is General George Marshall, the Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Brigadier General William H. Wilbur, and Major General George Patton. The President reads a citation for the award of the Medal of Honor for General Wilbur. General Patton then steps forward and places the Medal of Honor around General Wilbur's neck, as the President adjusts it in the front.
