Also seen is Hartwig Richard Kleiss putting on his hat and smoking a cigar. He's shown giving money to Sawyer for purchase of a spy camera, according to narration. J Edgar Hoover notes that German agents communicated through a Long Island radio station that was secretly controlled by the FBI. Hartwig Kleiss is seen showing the blueprint plans of the steamship SS America, including plans for its secret gun emplacements. Fritz Duquesne is shown in the film, removing diagrams of various American arms that he had concealed in his sock Japanese agent Takeo Ezima, of the Imperial Japanese Navy, is also seen meeting in the hotel with Harry Sawyer.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt is being assisted on the seat of a jeep,by a group of men in pith helmets, on a beach. They climb on the jeep with the President. Next, the President and his associates drive slowly in the jeep, reviewing a large formation of U.S. soldiers assembled on the sand. Change of scene shows the President seated in a chair during a break in the Casablanca Conference. Behind him is General George Marshall, the Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Brigadier General William H. Wilbur, and Major General George Patton. The President reads a citation for the award of the Medal of Honor for General Wilbur. General Patton then steps forward and places the Medal of Honor around General Wilbur's neck, as the President adjusts it in the front. General Wilbur wearing the Medal of Honor as he stands with some other officers. View from a jeep driving along a dirt road, past some abandoned airplanes at an inactive air field. Scene shifts to Natal, Brazil, where President Roosevelt is seen seated aboard the USS Humboldt in the Potenji River harbor in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, where he visits President of Brazil, Getúlio Vargas, on his way home from the Casablanca Conference. Seated on the ship's deck are: Presidential assistant,Harry Hopkins, President of Brazil Getulio Vargas,holding a cane, President Roosevelt, and United States ambassador Jefferson Caffery seated in chairs as Brazilian Navy and Army officers stand behind them. The life and career of U.S. Army General Dwight D Eisenhower up to the time of his appointment as the Supreme Commander of the NATO ( North Atlantic Treaty Organization). General Eisenhower parades in triumph through London, England in a horse-drawn carriage. People gather in a large number on the streets to greet the General. He is eulogized by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Churchill addresses the crowd and talks about Eisenhower. He pays tribute to the soldiers who died fighting for their countries and places a wreath on a memorial. The General is welcomed with a ticket tape parade in New York city.
