United States Lockheed U-2 aircraft Number 66715, from the 4080th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing, flying out of Ramey Air Force Base, Puerto Rico, in operation Crowflight, during the U.S. Air Force Project HASP (High Altitude Sampling Project). The U-2 is seen in flight over water and clouds. Ramey Air Force Base's huge 11,701 foot runway is visible on the last few frames right before the U-2 changes heading from west to south.
