An ammunition dump at Long Binh, Vietnam. Stacks of 155mm artillery shells are loaded onto a truck by a crane, in groups of 16 at a time, on wooden skids holding 8 apiece.The soldiers are stripped to the waist. As a soldier unfastens a skid of 8 shells, from the crane, it falls over sideways. The other skid remains upright, as it is unfastened from the crane. In another scene, a large crane is used to stack shells in the ammunition dump.
