Selected paratroopers are addressed by Director prior to their training as riggers. Director's speech includes brief summary of their 3 months training. Riggers are trained to lay out parachute without tangles. Parker, a rigger under training tries to lay parachute but cannot remove tangles. An instructor comes to help him and guides him to lay parachute properly. Riggers practice laying parachutes. Next, the Instructor guides them to pack parachutes. Parker along with other riggers pack parachute. All riggers are given parachutes. They lay and pack parachutes
