Mouloud Religious Ceremony held once a year in Tangier. Arab women dressed completely in white are massed together on terraces and rooftops. Mounted police carrying sabers, followed by others carrying rifles, lead a parade in the Avenue d' Espagna. The Mendoub representative arrives. Seen are Signor Mariani, M. Le Fur, the Administrator of Tangiers and the Mendoub's representative. Armed men perform a daring and noisy dance that includes firing their rifles into the ground. Children are among those enjoying the festivities.
