It contains the Manchukuo flag in its canton and a small hammer and sickle plus star on its field. A sign identifying the District of Hailar, in Cyrillic and Chinese. A steam locomotive pulling a train into the station. A cosmopolitan mixture of people gathered on the platform. Some women holding parasols.
