As part of activities for the Fourth Liberty Loan Drive, in World War 1, a crowd of 15,000 attends the official opening of the Liberty Forum, marked by unveiling of a Statue of Liberty at Cadillac Square, in Detroit, Michigan. Abner Larned, chairman of the Liberty Loan sales committee and Mayor Oscar B. Marx officiate.
