Preparations for test launch of German Wasserfall antiaircraft missile, during World War 2. A German officer operating the rocket's remote control device. Wasserfal C-2 ground to air rocket hoisted on the mobile launch dolly (trailer) brought out from the shelter. Technicians work on the erect rocket. Wasserfall C-2 erect on the stand in launching position. (Note: The location appears to be the island "Greifswalder Oie" - the west coast is clearly visible - along with the northern observation tower and a Wuerzburg Riese Radar.)
