U.S. Army paratroops and equipment hooked to parachutes fill the sky during war exercises in Europe. Parachutes descending from C-130 aircraft. Troops on ground collect parachutes and move out. Officer wearing black beret looks on. A C-130 flies a few feet above the ground and drops an equipment skid from cargo doors while in flight. It skids across the ground. The C-130 rapidly shoots up and away using jet fuel assisted take off (JATO) (Also known as RATO). The JATO rocket is seen burning at the aircraft rear. A Douglas B-66 Destroyer cruises past.
