U.S. Congressmen and high ranking officers arrive at the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) in Wiesbaden, Germany. Lt. General Thomas S. Power, Commanding Officer of ARDC, gets off a plane and is greeted by Lt. General Clarence S. Irvine, Director Chief of Staff USAF. General William H. Tuner, Commander in Chief USAFE and General Mark E. Bradley, Junior Deputy Commander USAFE stand nearby. Four Generals are lined up and salute. A C-54 Skymaster in the background. Lt.
