The accident killed five crew members due to explosion of boilers and twenty others were hurt. Rail cars and twisted metal seen at the site of the collision. Executive cars seen on their sides, one with a large hole in the rear side. A Central of Georgia crane loads train wreckage into a waiting Central of Georgia open railroad car.
