As1st Army pushes towards Liege and Aachen, other U.S. units seem launching an attack, South of the border, in the area of Sedan, France. U.S. ground troops firing machine guns as USAAF P-47 aircraft dive to bomb and strafe German positions. U.S. troops occupy a town where wrecked German equipment is seen.
