Film opens with what looks like a frosty negative image. But camera pans up showing underneath of a stone bridge with images reflecting in the water. As it continues panning up, it shows a parade of German Sturmabteilung (SA) marching across the Fleisch bridge (Fleishbrücke), over the Pegnitz river toward the center of Nuremberg. Glimpse of some SA troops saluting as they observe from a perch on the corner of a building. View from behind SA troops as they march toward the market square in Nuremberg.
