Shellback initiation ceremonies aboard the U.S. Navy ship USS Indianapolis (CA-35) in the Atlantic Ocean. The ship is en route to South America carrying President Roosevelt on "Good Neighbor" state visits. Ambient sound and music is heard periodically during the clip.
