Students in class receive training to start new McDonald's franchises. They are told about business management, community relations and marketing techniques. They make hamburgers and are taught basic food operation at an actual store. A computer is attached which help the French Fry potatoes to be cooked at a particular temperature. The French Fries are put in a packet with a specially designed measurement scoop. At the end of the training program they enter their new franchise business.
