An architect's scale model of the planned Deutsche Stadion (to be the world's largest stadium and hold 305 thousand people) is on display. German Chancellor Adolf Hitler at a podium. He holds a mason's hammer, and taps it on the foundation stone, for the new stadium, as he reads the words of dedication. Hitler Youth parade carrying flags and singing their anthem, Fahnenlied (Banner song). Hitler stands in open car circling the field, as youth salute him. Deputy Fuhrer, Rudolf Hess, rides in back seat.
