Primitive transportation of patients to mission hospital in Central Africa. Men carry a patient wrapped in a sheet and put him in a primitive horse drawn carriage made of cane to be transported to nearby mission hospital. Carriage outside the hospital and men carry the patient inside the building. Patients arrive by various primitive means at the hospital. Some arrive in a cloth sling while others carried in a palanquin.
