Manufacturing of aircraft in United States World War I. Lumber cut and piled. Men weigh, inspect and conduct various tests on lumber before using it in airplane manufacturing. Workmen push wooden planks placed on flatcars in to a kiln and close the door. A man opens the door after ten days and smoke emerges. Seasoned lumber on flatcar rolled out and men work on lumber in equalizing shed.
