French General Charles Huntziger, head of the French delegation, Rear Admiral Maurice R. Leluc, and French Ambassador Leon Noel step from a railroad car and are directed to the shelter by a German officer. They enter the shelter and a curtain is drawn behind them.. Huntziger and Leluc walk to the railroad car and climb aboard. View inside the car where principals are seated around a table. Huntziger signs documents.
