Mr. Eisler reads a statement. He says that he is being prevented from earning a living. He is separated from the Hollywood film industry, accused of being a communist Soviet Agent. He asks that his attorneys be permitted to cross-examine any witnesses who may testify about him, and refers to such privilege being extended by Congressional committees to Howard Hughes and Wendell Wilkie.
