Various high ranking Vietnamese offices salute the Ambassador as they stand in front of the stand with crowds in the background. Vietnamese Prime minister Air Marshal Nguyen Cao Ky get off a car and walks around the front and is almost run over as the car lurches forward. Balloons being released and head skywards.
