U.S. officers in Cherbourg during World War II. American Brigadier General leads two German General officer prisoners along a road in Cherbourg. Interiors of a building as a U.S. Intelligence Officer (Captain) interrogates the German Generals. After the interrogation, U.S. Major General Joseph Lawton Collins stands with the German Generals outside the building. He then directs the captured German officers to a vehicle in which they are driven away.
