Costumed children (children in traditional German and Czech outfits) parade in Jihlava during a Czechoslovakian festival. Nazi flags and banners set up in the area. A group of boys is seen holding torches as the narrator indicates that the Nazis established the Adolf Hitler Sthere, where future Party leaders are to be trained (formerly located at Sonthofen, Moravia). German soldiers and Hitler Youth gathered at a bonfire. Scene changes to dog training, performed by German soldiers. Strong dog breeds are shown in training to pull carts and carry loads for supplementary transport in the case of wounded soldiers.
