Wounded men are carried from ambulances to the interior of the hospital. A wounded soldier lies on a stretcher. A tag of a soldier. Men carry an imitation cake made of cardboard and decorated with candles to a patient. The patient blows out the candles and uncovers the cake to discover presents.
