Men, women and children carrying luggage on their shoulders walk. People undergo vaccination at a medical camp. A medic vaccinates Korean children. U.S. marines enter an orphanage. A board reads 'Catholic Holy Mother Orphanage'. Nuns stand and watch the marines. A U.S. marine puts his hand on a Korean child's head. The marine empties a bag of candies and chewing gums in front of the children and shows them how to eat candies. The children take the candies. The marines place cartons at the orphanage and leave the place.
