British Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill in a Russian cap get off a car and enter the building. Russian guards salute. On 5th February Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin and Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov arrive at the palace.
