Actor Jack Webb promotes U.S. Saving Bonds in the United State. Webb speaks about a true story that concerns arson. He speaks that a fire was started in an office building where $25,000 in savings bonds burned to ashes but the owner had a record of their serial numbers. He wrote to the Treasury Department and they sent duplicates. Webb says that the owner was saved from financial emergency and could start his business again. Webb speaks that people should buy bonds regularly.
